EtherSpeak Communications is led by Founder Neil Darling, widely recognized as an industry expert in the field of voice, video and data convergence. He currently serves as President and CEO of EtherSpeak Communications, a Managed VoIP and Internet Telephony Service Provider based in Prince William County, VA.

Neil was a former Andersen Consulting manager, and during his career managed the Department of Labor's - Occupational Safety and Health Administration's national communication's network. His projects have included consultation services for the CIO of the Executive Office of the President at the White House, and the Chief Technology Officer, District of Columbia.  Mr. Darling graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 1992.  Neil currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife and five children.
