The PREMIER Bundles come in four variations: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Click Here for Pricing-

• Premier Bronze provides 5,000 inbound and outbound minutes in USA and Canada, up to 50 call paths. The overage rate is only .023 per minute for inbound and outbound minute usage (billed in 6 second increments)
• Premier Silver provides 25,000 inbound and outbound minutes in USA and Canada, up to 75 call paths. The overage rate is only .021 per minute for inbound and outbound minute usage (billed in 6 second increments)
• Premier Gold provides 50,000 inbound and outbound minutes in USA and Canada, up to 100 call paths. The overage rate is only .019 per minute for inbound and outbound minute usage (billed in 6 second increments)
• Premier Platinum provides 100,000 inbound and outbound minutes in USA and Canada, up to 150 call paths. The overage rate is .017 per minute (billed in 6 second increments)

Why Have Our Resellers Have Been Begging Us
To Deliver This New Bundled Pricing?

With the constant changes to technology and with the daily development of new opportunities for IP Telephony resellers and customers alike, we believe even a small, 5-user system customer could benefit from SIP Trunking. But we believe there are some serious limiting factors to making SIP Trunking work with the most providers - customer premise equipment. These include the costs, geographical availability and provisioning bottlenecks inherent in procuring another provider’s private network connection or, purchasing a new firewall device to reside on the client LAN - “just” to make SIP trunking work - with ShoreTel may not be a viable option for you or your customer and their environment.

Up until now, you only had two options for PRI or Copper line alternative:

Option #1: This option is the most common; you purchase a private data connection from a provider and then they manage to make SIP trunking work with the IP PBX system. But all the functionality does not work like you and the client expect - and the client is stuck with a huge monthly recurring charge
